Return Policy

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also call our International Customer Service Department, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

Peridress reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

General Returns

All returns must let our customer support know within 24 hours from the time you receive the package. We only accept products in their original condition. In particular, be sure of the item sending back in correct condition(size,details). Refund will be denied for wrong size after we receive and check.

1. All the dresses are custom-made on website, in general condition, we cannot accept the replacement.

2. We check each item before we send it out, we can ensure the color and the size are the correct, if you find the size or the color is wrong, please contact us. After confirming with us, return it back to us. If you think we have made the dress in wrong size, please measure the dress as the way show in link: How to measure yourself. And email us the photos of the dress measured with a soft tape on.

3. If the dress has any major quality problem, please let our customer support know within 24 hours from the time you receive the dress, we will solve the problems for you as soon as possible.

Attention:

1. If the color is different after received the dress, it maybe due to the difference of display monitor.(80% full refund at most.)

2. Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" ~ 3" in either direction of specified measurements.

Full refund herein does not inclcude the shipping and handling cost.

Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Help Center and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.

3. We will not afford the shipping cost of the return package and related custom duty. So, please return it back via your local Post Office and choose the economic shipping method.

Cancellation of Orders

All dress orders canceled within 12 hours from the initial purchase will lose none of the merchandise purchase price for customers' color, size and style exchange. Once dress tailored, all dress orders canceled 12 hours later and 3 days before the initial purchase will lose 20% of the merchandise purchase price, after 3 days the initial purchase will lose 50% of the merchandise purchase price, also for above exchange need from customers. If a dress order with emergency fee extra paid, its cancelation will principally be denied, otherwise 50% of the merchandise purchase price will be lost with no emergency fee back

 

Peridress reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. Peridress shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in pricing.

All applications for order cancellation must be written done through email. We do NOT accept cancellations on Veils and other Accessories. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. If your order has not been shipped by Peridress, we will refund 100% of your money. We will try to work with you on canceled orders.

Other Merchandise

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Veils and other Accessories. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any 'In Stock' Items.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the currency in our website. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees

Peridress can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders.

To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.

Wedding Gowns

We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered wedding gowns. We do not accept returns on special ordered plus size gowns or specialty ordered gowns such as hollow to hem gowns, special measurement gowns, in stock gowns, or discontinued gowns. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective. We must receive a written email confirmation that you would like to return the gown and you must have a return authorization number from us. You will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees. Any Free promotional items are not returnable and will be charged full price. This amount will be deducted from the gown refund. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 8 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them.

Other Merchandise

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Veils, Gloves, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower girl Dresses, Accessories, Prom dresses, Mothers dresses, Special Occasion Dresses, All Dresses and Gowns that are not Bridal Related or slips. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any 'In Stock' Items.

Customized Clothing

Wedding dresses, Bridesmaid dresses, Mother of the Bridal Dresses, Flower Girl Dresses, Prom Dresses, all these categories' costumes is included.
