How are your prices so low?    

This question is asked by most of our customers.There are 3 Keys:
  1. We do wedding dresses personalized customizing service.We not sell brand dresses. The pictures on our website are just the sample for our customers to find which style they want.So the price is so low.
  2. We are a Chinese wedding dress factory.So the price is low.
  3. We don't have the retail stores in US or Europe.So the price is low.

Are you an authorized retailer of the designers on-site?    

We are not an authorized retailer of all of the designers and collections featured on our website. The pictures are collected from internet and just make the samples for our customers.If you want to buy the original dresses please visit the brand official website.All the dresses in our website will be customized by the customers' requirements.


What is the delivery time for orders?
 

It usually takes our designer and worker 6-7 weeks to finish the dress .We will use EMS to send the dress(es) to our customers.The delivery time for the pacakge from China to USA and most countries is 4-7 days.So most of our customers will get their order in 8 weeks after they pay for it.but we highly advise our customers go ahead more than one month place an order.




When should I order?
 

Orders take 6-7 weeks for delivery from us to the customer.

Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary. Note designers periodically discontinue their styles without advance notice.



What is your return policy?  

For the wedding dresses, evening gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride dresses, flower girl dresses and the custom made items, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refund under any circumstances. In addition, we are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, correct size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. So please read OUR SIZE CHART carefully while ordering. We are sure the dresses we make will fit you very well, but if you find any big quality problems we can guarantee full refund, for this please contact our customer support within 24 hours from the time you receive the dress, and fill in the Application for refund we provide. Please be sure the dress should be new and IN GOOD CONDITION as the original one  and in its original package! After we receive the returned dress(es) we will check it and refund to you! (Pease note we do not refund the shipping and handling cost!)
We do not offer full refund if customers order the dress with the wrong size. So please be sure of choosing the suitable size.

Please (notice): The 24 Hour(s) Return Policy is not applicable to any customized orders, special order items or engraved pieces.

How do I order?  

We offer three convenient ways to order: online, fax, and email. Orders can be placed on our website using our secure online order form which allows you to make your payment online.

To order by fax, you may print the online order form or request a form be faxed to you by contacting a Customer Service representative,020 3287 2986. Fax the completed form with payment information.

Can I place my order over the phone?  
We do not accept phone orders. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.


How do I pay?  

The payment of your order is due in full at the point of purchase. We do not offer any payment or lay-away programs.

Peridress recommend PayPal payments.Paypal(
www.paypal.com   ) is the most famous online paying method in the world.We are the member of the buyer protect program.So if you have not received your dress and the dress is not as you wanted you can withdraw the money from paypal in 90 days after your pay for it.(But we wish you can contact us when you meet such issue and we will find the best soultion for you.)

Is there a charge for sales tax?
 

There is no charge for sales tax on all orders shipped outside China. China customers are charged 4% sales tax.



How do I decide what size to order?  

Each manufacturer offers their own size chart, which reflects how they cut their sizes. Please see Size Charts on our site. It is important that you follow the individual designer's chart to decide your size. Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment.

Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed.

The customer is responsible for the size ordered and or whether or not to order special length. House of Brides cannot assume any responsibility for measurements. We are unable to assist in measurements or the selection of a size.



Can I order fabric?  

We accept fabric orders in additional to a dress order. Most designers offer their fabric at an additional fee per yard. The minimum amount to order is 1 yard after, which you may order full yards. To place a fabric order, please contact a Customer Service representative for pricing and order instructions.

Please be aware that fabric orders are not cut at the same time as the dress order and may be cut from a different bolt of material, which can result in dye lot variation.



How will I be notified of my order status?
 

We contact our customers by email at various points of the order process. It is imperative the customer includes an email address on their order.

The first email is sent immediately after an order is submitted to confirm your order is in our system. The next email is sent 7 - 10 business days there after to confirm your order has been placed with the designer and will include the estimated shipping of your order to our location. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped from our location and will include the tracking number.



What if my payment is declined?  

Orders are not processed if the payment is declined. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the Customer Service Department if their payment is declined. We will then verify the payment status and instruct our customer to resubmit the order.



How can I check the status of my order?
 

We notify our customers by email at various points of the ordering process. We suggest referring to these emails first regarding your order status. If you need additional information, we welcome you to contact our Customer Service Department for assistance. To check the status of an order, please call

Why can't I get an exact shipping date instead of an estimated shipping date?
 

The requirements(style,color,size of the dress) of different customers are not same.So,we can't give the exactly time.
The shipping from China to out side China will be delayed some time at the custom.So,we can't give the exactly time.

But Peridress implements a state of the art computer generated expediting system for all the orders we place. This program allows us to follow up and update the progress and tentative ship dates of every order on a routine basis. We have on-staff expeditors assigned to affect this process on a full-time schedule.



Do you ship outside the U.S. ?
 

We ship Worldwide! Shipping charges are dependent on the postal code and will display during the online ordering process.And all the dresses are free shipping this summer.Please note our shipping rates cover our cost to ship a large box to other counties. It does not cover any customs or duty charges a country may impose on the receiver of the package.
If your address belongs to remote district of your country,you need to pay additional shipping charge.



How long is shipping from your location to me?
 

The shipping time for the normal international mail from America,Europe,Australia,Africa and some Asia countries to China is 15-20 days.The fast delivery shipping time is 4-7 days!



Can I request upgraded shipping?
 

The shipping price for all the items at our website are free shipping this summer.And we plan to go on free shipping the first year we are on internet.And we usually use the EMS the fastest shipping method to delivery to our customers.So you will not upgrade the shipping.



Can I pick up my order at one of your stores?
 

No. Our stores are only located in China.And do big orders for some wedding dress company.And the website is our only retail store.



Can I have alterations at Peridress?  

We do not provide alterations for online orders. We suggest contacting a professional seamstress/ tailor in your area experienced in bridal and formal gowns.



Do you offer further discounts?
 

We offer further discount for all our clothes at the website based on our price for wholesale membership member.



What if I don't see the designer I'm interested in?  

If you don't see the designer you are interested in our website.You can just send the picture of it to our mail address
cs@peridress.co.uk   .Then we will also try to customize it for you.



Can I receive a swatch?
 

Designers provide retailers with swatch cards for in-store use only. We do not have swatches available to send out to customers and are unable to request any from the designer.



Can I have a picture of the gown?  

The available pictures are as posted on our website. We do not have additional pictures to send out to customers.



Are these used dresses?
 

All gowns and products we offer are new and customized by the requirements of our customers. We do not accept or offer resale items.



Do you have locations outside China?
 

Peridress stores are located in China only. We are not affiliated with any other stores.
