Why are your prices so low?
Peridress.co.uk is able to offer its dresses online at such low prices for 3 key reasons.
- We are a wedding dress factory, we do not use third party sources.
- We only sell the dresses online, so we do not have to spend overheads on the retail stores.

Are you an authorized retailer of the designers on-site?
We are not an authorized retailer of most of the designers and collections featured on our website. The pictures are collected from internet and just make them as samples for you. If you want to buy the original dresses please visit the brand official website. All the dresses on our website can be customized by the customers' requirements.
When should I order?
Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

How do I decide what size to order?
Please see Size Chart on our site. It is very important that you follow our size chart to decide your size. Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment. Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order is carried out. The customer is responsible for the size ordered and or whether or not to order special length. Peridress cannot assume any responsibility for measurements.
Do I have to order all bridesmaid dresses together/at the same time?
Yes. Bridesmaid dresses are cut-to-order, therefore orders must be placed together to ensure dye lot consistency. Dye lots can and do vary. Any irregularities or variations in shade and weave are characteristic of the natural silk fabric and give the fabric its beauty and texture. Please note that we cannot submit your Bridesmaid order until we receive all of the party member measurements and down payments.
Where can I put the measurements and other requests when I choose custom made option?

Can I order fabric?
Fabric as separate goods from wedding gowns will be provided on our website soon.
How do I pay?
The payment of your order is due in full at the point of purchase. We do not offer lay-away programs. Peridress recommend Paypal payment and Credit Card.
Is there a charge for sales tax?
There is no charge for sales tax.
How will I be notified of my order status?
It is imperative that you should leave a correct email address and a correct phone number when placing the order. You will receive an email immediately after the order is submitted which is to confirm your order is in our system. The next email regarding the status "complete" will be sent to you if the payment of your order is successful. Our system will automatically send an email regarding the tracking number when the dress has been shipped.
Do I have to pay customs tax when the package arrives?
Customers usually don't have to pay customs tax; we will declare the package value as low as possible. If the customs charges the duty tax, we will not be responsible for that as different countries' customs have different policies about it.
How can I check the status of my order?

Sorry but we only sell dresses online.
What if the dress I ordered does not fit?
Sizes could vary according to style. Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" in either direction. Please refer to How to measure, compare your bust, waist and hip measurements to the size chart. It is extremely important that you order a size to fit the largest part of your body. If you are in between sizes, the designer recommends ordering the larger size and having the dress altered down. Your measurements are taken to determine the closest size and alterations will be necessary to custom fit the dress.
All gowns come with a standard length as shown in our size chart if you do not put your shoulder to hem measurement. The designer suggests that ladies put their own shoulder to hem measurement in the box whose shoulder to hem measurement is different from our standard gown length.
Can I have alterations at Peridress?
We do not provide alterations service. We suggest you contact a professional seamstress/ tailor in your area experienced in bridal and formal gowns.
Do you offer further discounts?
We offer further discounts automatically if you order 3+ pieces for the same dress in the order (wedding dress is not included).
What if I don't see the designer I'm interested in?
If you dont see the designer you are interested on our website, you can just
send the link of the dress to us at

Can I have a picture of the gown?
The available pictures are as posted on our website. We do not have additional pictures to send out to customers.
Are these used dresses?
All the dresses on our website are made to order. We do not accept or offer resale items.
